The Roguelike deck battle “Vivid World” (Vivid World) developed and published by Japan’s Asobism is open for free trial on Steam. The demo includes the beginning of the plot and provides a Simplified Chinese interface. The official version is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2025.
Continuing the auto-battle gameplay of the highly acclaimed previous game “Spirit Knight”, players can collect characters turned into gems to form a deck, upgrade and strengthen the lineup to conquer dungeons. The sequel adds a two-player online cooperation mode, an orb system and multiple new characters. Props and scenery.

The story takes place in the underworld ruled by demons. The protagonist Lemuria was originally in a classroom, but for some reason she suddenly got lost in the dungeon and was surrounded by hostile monsters. Under the guidance of the guide from the underworld, she uses the gems she picked up to start an adventure and gradually uncover the mysteries of the underworld.
“Spiritual World” redesigns the characters that appeared in the previous game, each with unique attributes and skills. Players can collect the same gems to synthesize and strengthen the characters, and can also obtain target gems through the buying and selling system.
Characters can also equip the same “symbols” to obtain buffs or multiplication effects. Three white symbols can restore HP when activated with skills, and three penetration symbols can increase attack power. Players can also equip their characters with “orbs” with special effects, creating unlimited possibilities for team tactics.
“Spiritual World” is expected to be released on Steam in the first quarter of 2025. Interested readers can add it to the wish list or start trial play.
