The new Secretary of Public Education, Mario Delgado Carrillo, attended today the National Meeting of Wellbeing Programs, whose purpose was to evaluate support strategies for Mexican citizens.
During the event, which took place at the Ministry of the Interior, presented the Benito Juárez Scholarships for Education program.
Accompanied by the Secretary of Welfare, Ariadna Montiel Reyes and the general coordinator of Programs for Wellbeing, Carlos Torres Rosas, the head of the SEP presented the progress for the implementation and delivery of the universal scholarship for secondary school studentswhich is one of the 100 commitments presented by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.

At the meeting, which was attended by Welfare delegates from across the country, as well as the head of the national coordination of Benito Juárez Welfare Scholarships (CNBCJ), Julio León, Trujillo, the importance of scholarships so that girls, boys, adolescents and young people do not stop studying due to economic situations.
