The users of the Line 7 of the Mexico City Metro reported significant delays in the progress of trains, with waits of up to 15 minutes at stations such as Mixcoac. In the Polanco stationonly one entrance is operational and the escalators are out of service, which increased complaints and difficulties for those who use this line in their daily trips.
