
A few days before July 17, the date of the World Day of International Justice celebrating the adoption of the Rome Statute in 1998, the International Criminal Court (ICC) received news from one of its fiercest enemies. Monday July 13, the head of American diplomacy, Marco Rubio, published an article in the Wall Street Journal in which he announced the launch of a vast diplomatic campaign with the objective of “dismantling the ICC, stone by stone if necessary”.
