Starting today you can watch on Prime Video Ride or Die (2026– ). The series stars Hannah Waddingham (Sex Education (2019–2023)) en Octavia Spencer (Ma (2019)) in the leading roles and follows two best friends, one of whom is hiding a big secret.
The series follows Judith and Debbie, two best friends who share a passion for travel, music and antiques. However, there is a major crack in their friendship. Debbie believes Judith is a forensic accountant, but in reality she is a deadly assassin who earns millions from The Agency to eliminate targets. Although Judith has hidden this part of her life from Debbie for decades, she is forced to reveal the truth to protect Debbie. This puts their friendship to the test.
Critics are fans
On Rotten Tomatoes the series scores a whopping 92% with critics, who are clearly enthusiastic. From today it is also up to the public to make a judgement.
Ultimately, the bond between Spencer and Waddingham is the lifeblood of Ride or Die, and that alone is a good reason to watch this action comedy.
