
It’s been a long time. After around fifteen summits in 2025, the year 2026 began to look like a hiatus for the “Coalition of the Willing”. We had to go back to January to find traces of the last physical meeting of the thirty heads of state and government who make up this initiative aimed at offering security guarantees for Ukraine in the event of a ceasefire with Russia. A final videoconference took place on February 24, the anniversary of the Russian invasion in 2022. Then, nothing more.
