Netflix has released the official trailer for Physical: 100 Italy (2026) revealed. The new Italian version follows the concept of the South Korean hit series Physical: 100 (2023– ). You can already enjoy the new series after the summer.
Spectacular elimination race
In recent years the Physical: 100-franchise has become a worldwide phenomenon thanks to the intense physical tasks and the spectacular elimination races. In the Italian edition, one hundred participants compete against each other and are tested on strength, endurance, speed and mental toughness. Only one participant ultimately remains standing.
Well-known sports icons participate
Netflix has already announced some well-known names for the new season. Participants include former rugby international Mirco Beramasco, Olympic diver Tania Cagnotto, swimming champion Federica Pellegrini and gymnastics legend Jury Chechi. Media personality and kickboxer Elisabetta Canalis also makes an appearance.

In Physical: 100 Italy, one hundred Italian participants from top sports, fitness and entertainment compete against each other in a series of extremely tough physical and mental challenges.
Global expansion
Met Physical: 100 Italy Netflix is expanding its successful format Physical: 100 in Physical: Asia (2025– ), out. Versions are also currently being developed in Mexico, Sweden and the United States.
Release date
Physical: 100 Italy can be seen on Netflix from September 11.
