Actress Ariana Greenblatt will play one of the leading roles in the new film alongside Rain Spencer Little Fiveabout a cycling race for university students. The film is produced by Somewhere Pictures, the production house of actress Anne Hathaway, in association with Pigasus Pictures. It is directed by Ian Samuels (The Map of Tiny Perfect Things (2021)).
Based on a legendary cycling race
Little Five Set at Indiana University in the early 1980s, it is inspired by the legendary Little 500, an iconic cycling race for college students in the United States. The story follows four young women from completely different backgrounds who decide to join forces to make a seemingly unattainable dream come true. As they compete for a place in one of America’s most prestigious college sports traditions, they discover that true victories are only possible through cooperation, perseverance and mutual trust.

The story follows four unlikely young women at Indiana University in the early 1980s who join forces to compete in the legendary Little 500 bike race, and discover that changing history starts with teamwork.

Rain Spencer made her international breakthrough with her role in the popular series The Summer I Turned Pretty (2022–2025). She can currently also be seen in Big Girls Don’t Cry (2026).
