
They are not the same ages, nor the same trajectories, but almost all have gone through traumatic amnesia. Victims of rape during their childhood by Father Hyacinte-Marie Houard – priest of Saint-Brieuc who worked in college, as secretary general of the Catholic Church of Angers, chaplain with the Scouts of Europe then founder and director of Ircom, a renowned communications institute – they have long buried this appalling past in their memory. Until their memories resurface and, belatedly, give meaning to their many ailments (low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, impacts on the body and intimacy, depression, addictions, etc.).
