
The predominantly conservative American Supreme Court on Tuesday June 30 rejected Donald Trump’s challenge to a question at the very heart of American identity: land rights.
In a decision taken by three of the six conservative judges, including the president of the Court, and the three progressives, the Court annuls a decree signed last year by Donald Trump upon his return to the White House, the most contested of his second term. This decree abolished land rights for the children of illegal immigrants.
