The Court of Auditors looked into Formiris, the main association responsible, by agreement with the State, for implementing the training of private sector teachers under contract. As such, this association receives almost all of the funds allocated by the State to the training of these public agents for whom it is the employer. For the year 2024-2025, this represented 34 million euros for continuing training and 17 million euros for initial training.
