The Parcoursup admission phase begins this Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 7 p.m. This is the moment when students will receive the first responses from the training courses they have chosen on the platform. For several weeks, they will have to consult their file regularly, make decisions on time and not miss a few key steps.
From Tuesday June 2 – Proposals are arriving continuously
From this Tuesday evening, the training responses appear directly in the Parcoursup file. A course can answer “yes” for firm admission or “yes if” for admission conditional on a refresher course. For each proposal received, the candidate must respond within the deadline displayed in their file. After this deadline, the proposal is lost.
From Friday June 5 to Monday June 8 – File your pending wishes
For wishes still unanswered, an additional step is required: classify them in order of preference. This classification allows the platform to accelerate the sending of proposals and avoid cascading blockages.
Thursday June 11 – Opening of the complementary phase
A complementary phase opens for candidates without a proposal, but also for those who wish to explore other avenues. Up to ten new wishes can be formulated for training courses with places still available.
Note that between June 12 and 18, there is a break during the baccalaureate writings. Response deadlines are suspended to allow high school students to concentrate on their exams. No decisions will have to be made during this period.
Tuesday July 7 – Register after the baccalaureate results
Once an admission has been definitively accepted, you still need to complete administrative registration with the establishment. The precise terms and conditions appear in the Parcoursup file. But you will obviously have to have obtained the baccalaureate, the results of which will be available from July 7.
Saturday July 11 – End of the admission phase
Wishes still pending are archived. You must now proceed with your administrative registration and prepare for your return to school. From July 11 and until September 10, for those who have nothing, a complementary phase will take place. After this date, the Parcoursup 2026 procedure will be officially completed.
