
Two indictments in the space of a few months. A week ago, Monday May 25, the general secretary of the CGT, Sophie Binet, declared that she had been indicted for having denounced “the violent employer repression” to which the union was subject within the SEB group – owner of the Tefal brand. Important clarification, in the case of defamation, indictment is almost automatic.
