The situation in Gironde is such that a specific crisis unit was activated to keep an eye on strategic industrial sites located on the outskirts of Bordeaux, the flames of which were getting dangerously close on Sunday July 26 afternoon. “Made up of around thirty people, it is in constant contact with the crisis center of the prefecture and with the national crisis unit of the DGA, itself in contact with the Center for Planning and Conduct of Operations (CPCO)”, we indicate to the Directorate General of Armaments (DGA).
