The husband of a missing woman was indicted for murder, and their son was arrested in the Puy-de-Dôme, after The discovery Sunday of a body at the family home in Saint-Pol-sur-Mer (North)The Dunkirk prosecutor’s office announced on Monday.
The husband “designated this body as that of his wife” and medical-legal examinations “are underway” to confirm the identity of the body, which was buried in the garden of their home, and determine the date and circumstances of the death, said the prosecutor of Dunkirk Charlotte Huet in a press release.

Placed Sunday in police custody, the 57 -year -old man was indicted on Monday for “murder and concealment of the corpse of a person victim of murder” and placed in pre -trial detention.
After being “actively wanted”, the couple’s son, 25, was finally arrested on Sunday evening in Riom, in Puy-de-Dôme.
He was placed in police custody and the investigating judge responsible for the northern investigation asked that he be presented to him as soon as possible, added Charlotte Huet.
The two accused are unknown to the judicial services, said the prosecutor.
It was the brother of the missing woman, aged 58, who warned the police on Saturday. The body buried in the victim’s home garden was then discovered on Sunday morning.
