Netflix today announces the start of the recordings of The unknown On, a brand new thriller from Spain with the famous actress Candela Peña in the lead. The first details are now known.
Race against the clock
The film tells the story of a woman (Ana Rujas) who is found tied by the police in a container in the port of Barcelona. She cannot remember her identity and is taken to the hospital, where her life is again in danger after an attempted murder.
Detective Anna Ripoll (Candela Peña) is instructed to investigate this mysterious matter together with agent Quique Zárate (Pol López). Together they start a race against the clock to find out the identity of this enigmatic woman and the secrets hidden in her memory.
The assumption case-ster
The thriller is directed by Gabe Ibáñez, which previously Hierro (2009) and several episodes of Netflix series The silence (2023) directed. The main roles are for Machos Alfa actress Kira Miró, 30 Monedas actor Manolo Solo, Pol López, Ana Rujas and Candela Peña, known for The assumption case (2024) in Hierro (2019–2021).
