Anyone who thought that the frightening black phone would no longer ring, will be disappointed this fall. Universal Pictures has shared the trailer of The Black Phone 2 (2025)in which Ethan Hawke will once again be on the skin of the dumbwichy grabber.

In The Black Phone We were introduced to Finney, a timid teenage boy who ends up in the sights of a non -fearing murderer. After years, it should no longer be called spoiler that this grabber is unable to consume his next victim, but that does not mean that his attempt has no lasting impact.

In the second part, protagonist Mason Thames will also be joined by Madeleine McGraw (Gwen), who gets visions of the dreaded phone in her dreams. The inevitable Hawke, Miguel Mora (Robin), Rebecca Clarke (Donna) and Jeremy Davies (Terrence) will certainly return. Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson is again at the helm.
