Prime Video has the first trailer of the second season of Gen v (2023– ) revealed. In addition, the release date was of course also announced. This second season of the spin-off from The Boys (2019– ) promises to be a spectacle again. The images can now be seen.
War
In the new episodes we return to the university, where a new dean is in charge. He promises to make the students more powerful than ever. While Cate and Sam are welcomed as heroes, Marie, Jordan and Emma reluctantly return to the campus. They have not forgotten in recent months full of trauma and loss. Although the new academic year should have started festively, there is little to celebrate with an imminent war between Supes and humanity in the background.

At the end of season 1, Marie, Emma and Andre woke up in a closed white space. In the trailer we discover that this is the Elmire Adult Rehabilitation Center, the same place that Marie tried to flee by God U. Andre, however, is not to be seen in the trailer, the actor, Chance Perdomo, came last year for a motorcycle accident. Who we see is the father of the character, Polarity, who looks sad at his son’s baby photos.
We were about to turn when Chance died tragically. We had to reconsider almost everything in just a few weeks.
