The recordings were completed in August, after which the new film started an extensive post -processing process. Now the first images have finally been released, which give hints to some details about the following Knives Out-follow-up. Although the creepy scene of an old church with a cemetery does not reveal much about the story and the cast, it can be an indication of where the film takes place and what the characters will make.
With the teaser, a message is also shared that reads: “The wicked longing for the stronghold of the culprits, but the root of the righteous holds.” From whom this quote comes, it is not revealed, so that the great mystery around Benoit Blanc’s newest business is maintained.
New star cast
Just like in Glass Onion Is Daniel Craigs the only recurring actor in the future. This time he is accompanied by a star cast consisting of Challengers actor Josh O ‘Connor, Thomas Haden Church, Civil War-Actee Spaeny, Glenn Close, Mila Kunis, Daryl McCormack, Kerry Washington and Ripley actor Andrew Scott. Marvel colleagues Josh Brolin and Jeremy Renner can also be seen in the film.

Netflix has not yet announced an official release date for the film, but both Knives Out when Glass Onion were released during the holidays.
