From today is the action film A Working Man (2025) to stream via Prime Video. The film that comes fresh from the cinema is directed by David Ayer, known from, among others The Beekeeper (2024). Unfortunately, the film received less good reviews than The Beekeepernevertheless, this production still promises to be an active spectacle.
Diverse reactions
A Working Man Was received with mixed reviews earlier this year. Critics go on Rotten Tomatoes for only 49%, while the general public scores the film with up to 87%. The film revolves around Levon Gift, played by Jason Statham. Gift is a former soldier who is now working as a construction worker. When his boss’s daughter is abducted, he immediately takes action. He will find her again, anyway.
Meets expectations
Statham is perhaps the face of action movies of this decade. A Working Man is a film that suits him, a film with a lot of action, which is exactly what you expect from it. It is not a very strong film, big prizes A Working Man Not winning, but with the majority of action film lovers, this story will undoubtedly be appreciated.
