From professions to tension on the one hand, job seekers oriented by France work on the other with, in a junction, a certifying training of eleven weeks in the catering trades. It’s the creed of Kitchen user manual (s) (CME)a network of nine training centers created in 2012 by the star chef Thierry Marx. All are located in a priority district of the city, with the exception of that of Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), and allow people far from employment to obtain a diploma recognized by the State and the professional branches concerned.
This recipe works since in thirteen years, according to the figures still partial of the 2024 activity report of the school, the positive exit rate of the 4,152 trainees having validated their diploma rises to 84 %, of which 68 % signed a CDI or a CDD at the end of their training.
