Unknown scourge before Mazan rape trialschemical submission must be the subject of better prevention and increased support for victims, according to a parliamentary report submitted to the government on Monday.
“Our message is clear: if we want to stem this phenomenon, we must set up a real state policy with the means that go with it,” says the deputy Sandrine Jossoherself drugged without his knowledge by Senator Joël Guerriau, and a rapporteur with senator Véronique Guillotin of this mission initially entrusted in April 2024 by the Attal government.

In their report submitted to the government on Monday, the two elected officials issue around fifty recommendations, including 15 to “implement in priority” this year, ranging from prevention to the support of victims, including judicial treatment or research devoted to this phenomenon.
They notably recommend the launch, at an annual rate, of a large awareness campaign for the entire population, as well as “a strengthening of the means” for the benefit of theEducation for emotional and sexual life (Evars) in schools.
Faced with courses deemed little readable by the victims, the mission advocates the development of a repository of the High Authority for Health (HAS) on screening, orientation and support. “This will in particular integrate a reflex sheet and an identification of the different places where to take biological samples in the hours following the territorial network,” says the report.

Other measures recommended, the generalization of experimentation on the reimbursement of biological samples without filing a complaint or the widening of the lifting of medical confidentiality with cases of chemical submission and vulnerability. The mission also recommends the implementation of biological sampling kits, and not detection “which have no guarantee for their users”.
According to official estimates, 1,229 probable chemical bids and chemical vulnerabilities were analyzed in 2022 by the Reference Center for Assums facilitated by substances (crafs).
