The opening half of the Blues and Toulouse Romain Ntamack was definitively out of the field after having undergone a concussion during the meeting against Toulon at the Vélodrome stadium in Marseille, Saturday for the 23rd day of the Top 14.
In the 19th minute of the meeting between the Toulouse stadium to the Toulonnais, the opener was hit at the temple by the head of his teammate François Cros and had to leave the field, due to an alert of Its connected toothpicks. He was replaced by Paul Graou.
The groggy opening half
Romain Ntamack then not returned to the lawn, not having successfully passed the Commotion Protocol. The images of the Canal + diffuser have shown it to return directly to the locker room, visibly groggy and shot. At halftime, his team led one small point (13-14) and the opener had succeeded in two transformations.
Since November, wearing the toothpicks has been generalized in Top 14. In the event of a violent shock suffered by the player, the toothpick sends an alert signal. The player concerned then comes out making a protocol, in order to check if he has undergone a concussion.
