An incredible playground that takes you on a stroll on winding, even steep paths, bordered by ferns, heather and rocky chaos, sometimes inviting you to slip into narrow passages between blocks of sandstone, to fall on magnificent points of view. Thank you Claude-François Denecourt!
This year, which marks the 150th anniversary of his death-Claude-François Denecourt was born in 1788 and died in 1875-recalls the superb heritage he left for lovers of the Fontainebleau forest (Seine-et-Marne), the famous blue paths he created in the 19th century. A total of 150 km of excursions on eleven trails which extend between 8 and 25 km, marked out with a blue touch here and there, or even letters on the remarkable rocks that he included in his circuits.
