With the increasingly frequent updates about the new Harry Potter series from HBO Max, the magic now seems to be coming. The announcements about new cast members provide enthusiasm for many fans, although that is not the case with everyone. Actor Pedro Pascal, known from The Last of Us (2023– )prefer to see that nobody looks at Harry Potter-related content at all, let alone at this new series.
The British Supreme Court
Pascal will not look at the Harry Potter-Serie that is currently being worked on so hard. His decision comes in response to JK Rowlings support for a recent statement by the British Supreme Court, in which ‘wife’ was legally defined as only referring to persons born organic as a woman. Pascal expressed his opinion directly on Instagram and labeled the pronunciation as ‘horrible disgusting troop’ and ‘Destroyy Loser Behring’. Finally, he expressed his support for activist Tariq Ra’ouf, who previously made a call everything with Harry Potter has to do with Boycot.
Huge budget
Warner Bros. Will definitely not be happy with the statements of Pascal. This new Harry Potter-Project is one of the Studios’ most expensive productions ever. For now there are seven seasons on the schedule, one for each book that has been released. Every season gets a budget of around 300 million dollars.
