Science fiction series pops into the Netflix Top 10 worldwide: ‘Briljant’ – Paudal

It doesn’t happen often, but last week an originally Polish series broke through to the Netflix Top 10. It’s about Project UFO (2025)a four -part mini series directed and written by Kasper Bajon. Project UFO is currently in tenth place in the ranking.

Project UFO takes place in the first half of the 1980s and investigates an alleged UFO landing in the Polish village of Treskay, Warmië. The series is described as a combination of comedy and drama. Jan Polgar is central to the story. He is the presenter of the television program Close meetingsa program about UFOS. The story is based on a true event that took place on 10 May 1978. On that date, a Polish farmer, Jan Wolski, would have met a real alien.
