On Netflix you have recently looked at the new documentary Oklahoma City Bombing: American Terror (2025)an explanation of one of the deadliest terrorist acts in the history of the US. The story makes a lot of loose among viewers, who call it “heartbreaking” and let us know they have shed a tear. The docu now crawls up in the Netflix Top 10 – also in the Netherlands – and is therefore fully viewed.
It is April 19, 1995 when a bomb destroyed Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. The docu offers a report from moment to moment of the chaos, the shock and the actions of courage that unfolded in the aftermath of the fatal attack that demanded 168 lives.
The film contains reconstructions of the crime scene, first hand from survivors, care providers and law enforcers, and audio-recorded interviews with the Timothy McVeigh terrorist, the man responsible for the bombing.
