Netflix secures the rights of mysterious drama with Cillian Murphy – Paudal

Cillian Murphy will soon come to Netflix with his latest cinema film Small Things Like These (2024). The streaming service announced that it has obtained the rights of the Irish drama and add them to the offer next month.

Murphy plays Bill, a gentle coal deliverer and dedicated father in the Ireland of the 1980s who discovers disturbing activities in the local monastery – led by the terrifying sister Mary – who put his own internal traumas to the test.

The film comes from Peaky Blinder director Tim Milants, which earlier also the Belgian war movie Wil (2023) made. In addition to Murphy, the other roles for Eileen Walsh, Emily Watson, Clare Dunne, Patrick Ryan and Peter Claffey are.
