Every day we highlight the best film on TV so that choosing a film that can be seen on television becomes even easier. Also this week a number of good films will be broadcast, with our favorite of the week, classic The Matrix (1999).

Viaplay TV is sending today Interstellar (2014) out. In the future, the earth has become virtually uninhabitable. NASA no longer exists, but a group of remaining researchers are working on a mission to find another place in space where humanity can continue. Cooper (Matthew McConaughey) and his family play an important role in this. The film can also be seen on HBO Max and via Pathé at home.
Tuesday is Inside Man (2006) to see. A gang rises a bank, takes hostages and is enclosed in the bank by the police. A police negotiator arrives and takes the lead, but the gang does not seem to follow the usual scenario. Even more mysterious is that the chairman of the bank has hired his own negotiator …
Wednesday The Matrix (1999) broadcast. Thomas A. Anderson (Keanu Reeves) lives two lives. During the day he is an average computer programmer and at night a hacker known as NEO. He becomes the target of the police when he is approached by Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), a legendary computer hacker that has been labeled by the government as a terrorist. As Rebel against the machines, Neo has to compete against the agents: super -powerful computer programs that out to stop his Neo and the whole human uprising.
Thursday you look at Lucy (2014). A woman who accidentally gets entangled in a dark deal, converts the roles against her abductors and turns into a merciless warrior that has evolved further than human logic.
Friday is the turn of the true film Molly’s Game (2017). Jessica Chastain plays the former professional ski player Molly Bloom who is forced by a fall to stop exercising. Because of this she rolls into the mysterious gambling world. Within no time she organizes her own games in which Hollywood stars, notorious CEOs and lawyers sit down.
Saturday is celebrated with Edge of Tomorrow (2014). A extraterrestrial race has hit the earth and seems incomprehensible by no military unit in the world. Major William Cage (Tom Cruise) has never experienced a day of the fight and starts what looks like a suicide mission. Cage is murdered within a few minutes, but ends up in the same fight again and again due to a timeloop. With every attempt, Cage is increasingly able to attack his opponents.
The week ends with The Butterfly Effect (2004). Evan Treborn (Ashton Kutcher) suffers from memory loss, in which he is suddenly confused somewhere else. Evans Friends and Mother hardly believe him and think that he comes up with it to get out of trouble. As Evan grows up, he has less and less of these blackouts. One day he starts reading one of his old diaries at school, and suddenly a flashback strikes like a bomb.
