Total Protect, the private security company that offers solutions with cutting -edge technology for companies, people and goods, completed one year of operations in the city.
Juan Pablo Manzanares, director of Total Protect Occidente, highlighted the growth that the company has had.
Total Protect was born in 2018 as a need of the Salinas Group seeking to reduce the impacts of risk and theft on the transport of their goods.
The company managed to reduce the theft of trucks, merchandise and motorcycles by about 99 percent.
Due to the excellent results they began offering services to external customers.
“The idea is to reach the same, that each client has that prevention and recovery index,” said Juan Pablo Manzanares.
He mentioned that it is the most important thing in private security is the prevention of crimes.
“We create protocols and create output maneuvers where with the help of technology we seek to prevent and when a risk event occurs to be prevented for any event that can happen from point to point B,” he added.
Total Protect offers GPS services, antiasalt technology, mobile surveillance, smart locks, virtual co -pilot, telemetry and monitoring service 24 hours a day seven days a week.
“We seek to encompass the entire area of prevention and security efficiency,” said Juan Pablo Manzanares.
The company made a presentation with customers within the framework of the first anniversary of the offices of the West.

Total Protect currently has offices in Mexico City and Guadalajara, and soon in Monterrey and Puebla.
Monitoring Center
The Total Protect Monitoring Center is a robust operations system that has more than one hundred highly trained experts and works 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This equipment uses advanced technology and real -time data analysis to identify, prevent and react quickly to any risk situation.
There are two monitoring modalities: reagent and dedicated. In reactive monitoring it acts only when the client confirms a risk alert, such as an activated panic button or a GPS disconnection. In those critical moments, safety protocols are activated, including vehicle location, motor blockage and direct contact with the authorities.
The dedicated monitoring provides continuous monitoring since the unit leaves the distribution center until its return. An assigned executive monitors between 45 and 50 units, sending reports every 40 to 60 minutes on the location, movements and the state of the load and the driver.
According to Total Protect data, the combination of the technology installation, plus monitoring center surveillance caused a 99 percent decrease in merchandise losses through the use of geolocation, chatbots, panic buttons, smart locks and early reaction of the personnel who are trained to work quickly and efficiently to any type of event.
