Songs on YouTube Music can be used for Samsung Clock alarm tones

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – The Samsung Clock application on Samsung’s device is reported to soon support YouTube Music as an alarm tone.

Collect Android PoliceSaturday (2/15/2025), this feature was first detected in Teardown APK Youtube Music version 8.06.51 by Android Authority.

Later, this feature will work similar to Spotify integration. So, users can choose songs, albums, or playlists from YouTube Music as alarm tone, not just standard sound.

Nevertheless, this feature is only available for Youtube Premium customers, different from Spotify that can be used by free accounts.

Order in the application mentioned, “To use the song YouTube Music as an alarm, register to YouTube Premium on the YouTube Music application.”

There is no certainty when this feature will be released, but its appearance in two applications while indicating the development that is already quite mature.

If it is completely released, this can be good news for YouTube Music users who prefer Samsung Clock over Google Clock.
