Two girls aged 13 months and 2 and a half years died of smoke intoxication during the accidental fire of the family apartment on Friday, the mayor of Melun (Seine-et-Marne) announced.
According to information from a police source, the fire broke out around 3 p.m. in an apartment on the 3rd floor of a four -story building recent construction. The tenant and two of her young children were poisoned by the smoke.
