This Sunday the State Highway Police reported that this Sunday, Starting at 9:30 p.m., the central lanes of Periférico Sur will be closed to traffic, at Colón Avenue.
The above, due to the maintenance works, reinforcement of faience and metal structure of a pedestrian bridge that connects with the Periférico Sur light rail station; The work is carried out by the Tlaquepaque city council.
That is why the closure will remain in force until 4:00 in the morning tomorrow, Monday, time in which it is estimated that the work carried out by the municipal government will be completed.

Due to the intervention, traffic will be diverted to the side lanes of the ring road.
As an alternative, motorists may use Colón Avenue to avoid the affected area.
The State Road Police will provide operational support to the government of Tlaquepaque to guarantee security and order in circulation while these maintenance tasks are carried out, the corporation stated.
“We invite the users of this road to plan their transfers and consider these temporary modifications in circulation”, the Road Police finished.
