However, Hilman also noted that Google LLC can submit an objection to the KPPU’s decision to the commercial court within 14 days after receiving notification of the KPPU’s decision.
“If Google LLC does not submit an objection within a period of no later than 14 days after receiving notification of the decision, it is deemed to have accepted the Commission’s decision,” said Hilman.
“In order to gain a comprehensive and balanced understanding of the decision, and to determine our next steps, we are waiting for a copy of the complete written decision,” said Google.
The company said, based on its understanding, usually this decision is not read out in full at the trial. “In the future, we are committed to establishing constructive communication with the KPPU and all other related parties,” he said.
Regarding Google Play, the search engine giant guarantees that its application store for Android devices will not experience changes and will run as usual. “Google Play will operate as usual, any changes will not be implemented until the appeal decision is issued.”
