Liputan6.com, Jakarta – The presence of a marketplace indeed opens up wider market access and opportunities for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). However, just being present on digital platforms does not guarantee the sustainability and growth of their business.
Adaptation to complex market dynamics is the main key. If SMEs fail to adapt, it will be difficult for them to achieve transactions, even in the marketplace. Businesses that are not managed well have the potential to stagnate and be eliminated from competition in the digital realm.
This condition is the background for the birth of the PaDi Talks program from the MSME Digital Market (PaDi). This program is presented as a solution to SMEs’ needs for assistance in business management and development.
EVP Digital Business & Technology Telkom, Komang Budi Aryasa, said the company realized that open market access alone was not enough. SMEs need the right strategy and support to be able to survive and develop.
“To support the sustainability and growth of their business, PaDi UMKM as one of Telkom’s flagship Business to Business (B2B) platforms has prepared various related programs,” said Komang in his statement, Saturday (18/1/2025).
PaDi Talks is an open interactive discussion session for SMEs who have joined as sellers on the PaDi UMKM marketplace. Through this program, SMEs can take part in various training and education designed to improve their business skills.
This program presents competent speakers from various backgrounds, ranging from business practitioners, academics, to inspirational figures.
They share knowledge and experience in managing and developing business, providing opportunities for SMEs to discuss directly and get solutions to the problems they face.
