Registration to take the bachelor’s admission exam is done through the DGAE website: www.dgae.unam.mx. On the page, you must look for the section “Entry to Bachelor’s Degree 2025” and click on “Bachelor’s Competition 2025”. Next, follow these steps:
1. Read the Call and Instructions carefully.
2. Accept the terms and conditions of the Call Instructions by clicking on “YES I ACCEPT”.
3. Create your SITE by registering an email and password.
4. Save your email and password, as you will need them to enter your SITE at all stages.
5. Confirm your email.
6. Complete the registration form.

Every year, certain bachelor’s degrees receive thousands of applicants due to their salary expectations, the diversity of activities and their connection to artistic areas. The most in-demand majors at UNAM include:

Although some of the least in-demand careers have limited job prospects or low salaries, there are less in-demand options that actually offer good job prospects. Some of these races are:
– Urbanism: Taught at the Faculty of Architecture, this degree had only 121 applicants, but it offers a average monthly salary of 24 thousand 834 pesosalmost double the national average, according to the Mexican Institute for Competitiveness (IMCO).
– Information Technologies in Sciences: This career, available at the Morelia unit, prepares students to work in information systems development and database administration. The estimated salary of a data analyst is 21 thousand 773 pesos monthlyaccording to Glassdoor.
– Applied Mathematics: With only 191 applicants in 2024, this career offers job opportunities in areas such as systems analysis, web development and computer security. The average monthly salary for IT professionals is 20 thousand 521 pesosaccording to the IMCO.
