Barry conveyed a message to users in Indonesia along with his commitment to change the format of activities on the platform within the next three days.
“Through the Jagat Mission, we will encourage users to carry out improvements to public spaces first and during this period there will be no coins that can be hunted in the Jagat application,” he explained.
Barry added that Jagat will create an official channel for the government, managers and the general public to monitor and report if there is still damage to public facilities caused by ‘Coin Hunting’ activities on their platform.
He also ensured that coins that were in vulnerable areas would be immediately removed from the application.
“With more than 1 million active users in Indonesia and 200 thousand new users every day, we believe ‘Mission Jagat’ will improve the quality of public spaces, especially through the active participation of the younger generation,” added Barry.
