The program Not Circulating Today limits the circulation of cars based on the last digit of the license plate and the color of the sticker, with the objective of preventing, minimizing and controlling the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere of the Metropolitan Area of the Valley of Mexico.
That is why, for tomorrow Tuesday, January 14, 2025 The following cars will not be able to circulate on the Mexico City (CDMX) and the State of Mexico (Edomex):
- Cars with hologram 1 and 2
- That they have pink gum and that the last digit of their plates ends in 7 and 8
- Foreign cars with plate finishes 7 and 8
While cars with holograms 00 and 0 are exempt from the limitations established in the program, as well as electric and hybrid vehicles.

What is the schedule for Hoy No Circula?
So that tomorrow you can take your precautions, We remind you that the hours of Hoy No Circula are from 5:00 in the morning to 10:00 at night, however, for cars with foreign plates, the restriction will be from 5:00 to 11:00.
