- Be renewing a visa issued in the same country where you are requesting the renewal, and that is still valid or has expired within the last 12 to 48 months.
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of the country where you are applying and be physically present in said country.
- The 10 fingerprints were taken when your last visa was issued.
- The previous visa was not lost, stolen or revoked.
- Have not received a rejection on your most recent visa application.
- Meet other eligibility requirements established by the embassy.
