After the blood-curdling second season Sleepers (2022– ) continue! Videoland reports that the shooting of the third season has officially started and even shares the terrifying very first scene. So fans can prepare for a new and exciting sequel.
Undercover
In Sleepers Robert de Hoog plays the role of Martin Oudkerk, a boy who is sent to police training at the age of 18 by his criminal foster father Henk. After Henk’s murder, Martin decides to work as a corrupt undercover agent for the ruthless new generation of criminals from the Utrecht underworld. The last second season showed how more and more questions were asked about Martin’s involvement in shady dealings and that family ties were severely tested.
First scene
The makers reveal that the brand new footage is the first scene of the third season. This shows how Martin is in a nasty position and appears to be drowning. What led to this and how Martin will get out of this situation is not yet known. Videoland has also not yet stated a release date, but promises to provide more information about this soon.
