Sony announced various adaptations of PS Studios’ works at today’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES).

The first is the animation of “Ghost of Tsushima”. This is PS Studios’ first work adapted into animation. It will be produced by Aniplex, a subsidiary of Sony Group, and will be released on its own streaming platform Crunchyroll in North America. It is expected to air in 2027.

This work will be produced by Kamikaze Animation, with Mizuno Takanobu as the director, and NITRO PLUS’s Gen Urobuchi will be responsible for the story.

Next, “Helldivers 2” (Helldivers 2) announced that it will be made into a movie, which will be handled by Sony Pictures. In addition, “Horizon: Waiting for Dawn” will also be made into a movie.
