To guarantee compliance with traffic regulations, promote road safety and reduce crime rates on the various roads of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone (ZMG), since early yesterday morning the Government of Jalisco The Metropolitan Motorized Operation began.
This device is a joint effort between the municipal, State, Metropolitan, Road Police, National Guard and the Mexican Army, in order to enforce the Mobility Law and safeguard the integrity of motorcyclists and citizens.
The Government of Jalisco, through the Ministry of Public Security, the Road Police and in collaboration with federal and municipal authorities, reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly road environment.

The authorities focused their work on the detection of motorcyclists who do not comply with current regulations, including the mandatory use of a protective helmet, carrying the license plate visibly, and the use of a vest reflective for drivers of motorcycles smaller than 250 cubic centimeters (cc).
Among the most notable results at the first cut of the operation, 27 motorcycles were stopped or seized in the municipalities of Zapopan, Tonala and The Jump for violations such as false license plates or licenses.
