Sinaloa: Two people are deprived of their freedom in front of the Vice Prosecutor’s Office


The Secretary of Public Security of the State of Sinaloa, Gerardo Mérida Sánchez revealed that of the five people reported last Friday as being raised in various parts of Culiacán, Two of them were deprived of their liberty outside the facilities of the State Deputy Attorney General’s Office, in the Country Tres Ríos area.

The official explained that so far it is known that the men who were intercepted and deprived of their liberty went to the legal area to process the identification of a murdered person and claim his body.

Besides, Gerardo Mérida Sánchez commented that as it was a surprising act, the authorities of the State Deputy Attorney General’s Office were unable to prevent the two people, whose identities are kept confidential, from being arrested. Therefore, until now his whereabouts are unknown.

He also confirmed that in the same area, very close to the Women’s Hospital, two other people, one of them female, were deprived of their liberty by unknown persons, this was confirmed by investigation agents who went to the scene.

Mérida Sánchez explained that initially, it had only been reported that a woman, whose identity is not yet known, had been picked up by unknown people, After the judicial authorities showed up, they gathered more information and it was learned that another male person had also been arrested.
