Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) held a SheHacks Validation Trip in Sydney, Australia. This program is part of the SheHacks 2024 series which aims to help five Indonesian female startups explore investment, mentorship and global collaboration opportunities.
This activity was held with the support of the Australia Indonesia Institute (AII), the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and KUMPUL.ID.
The SheHacks 2024 trip to Sydney program is designed to strengthen the startup ecosystem by providing access to global networks, sharing insights with international business players, and accelerating growth through potential funding
Steve Saerang, SVP Corporate Communications at IOH, emphasized the importance of this initiative for empowering women in the technology sector.
“SheHacks is our commitment to creating opportunities for women to lead and bring transformative change. “This trip to Australia not only strengthens the national startup ecosystem, but also encourages cross-border collaboration,” said Steve.
The five startups participating in this program are:
- Mebiso: intellectual property management platform.
- Waterhub: technology-based water management solution.
- KasirPintar: cloud-based cashier application.
- Dietela: health and nutrition platform for women.
- Pin’J: funding solutions for informal workers.
