The President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo announced una “historical figure” of 800 billion pesos for all Wellbeing Programs in 2025.
During the inauguration of the Teaching Health Center with Expanded Services in Santiago Astata, Oaxaca, Sheinbaum Pardo stated that all Wellness programs will continue, such as pensions for older adults, people with disabilities and scholarships for students.
“In 2025 we are going to allocate more than 800 billion pesos to all Welfare programs throughout the country. Historical figure!” said the President.
“But we are going for more,” she declared, pointing out the Program for Women aged 60 to 64, the Rita Cetina scholarship and Salud Casa por Casa. He also recalled the housing program to build one million houses throughout the six-year term.
Before the governor Salomón Jara, President Claudia Sheinbaum indicated that works for Oaxaca such as drinking water, artisanal roads and road rehabilitation were agreed upon.
He promised to continue the pending works and carry out new ones for the benefit of Oaxacans: “We are going to consolidate the IMSS-Wellbeing, which is the new public health system that López Obrador started.”
By speaking, she gives continuity to the fourth transformation and that it is time for women, the head of the Executive assured that she will continue to govern with republican austerity.
Mexico is going to be an example of the judicial election
He recalled that next year, despite criticism from opponents, the judicial election will be held to elect judges, magistrates and ministers.
“Mexico is going to give an example to the world, as it has always given, that there is democracy, to elect a president, to elect Congress, and now to elect the Judiciary,” he declared.
Director of the IMSS-Wellbeing goes to consolidate the health system
Alejandro Svarch Pérez, director of IMSS-Bienestar, highlighted the inauguration of this center, within the framework of the plan with the states to recover and improve health services.
Stating that communities are involved in decisions that have to do with their health, Svarch called to walk alongside the President to consolidate the health system in Mexico.
For its part, Governor Jara thanked Sheinbaum for his support for the state and his first visit to Oaxaca as head of the Executive.
