Thursday evening, around 11 p.m., in the popular district of Wazemmes, in Lille, several young women escaped an attempt at chemical submission on the part of a man who was arrested, we learned from the police.

It was a waiter and a customer who alerted the police after witnessing the suspect’s strange behavior. According to the police, feeling spotted, the man fled on a scooter.
