In addition, he announced that in December a repaving stage will begin that will cover more than 600 kilometers of the federal network.

“To date, since the beginning of the program, we have advanced with 11 thousand 12 potholes attended to, equivalent to 8,780 tons of asphalt mixture, and 54,534 square meters, with 984 work teams, 123 operating crews and 739 workers, with a progress of 1,912 kilometers of the toll-free federal highway network. With these works we benefit the more than 100 million Mexican men and women.”he explained
For his part, the Secretary of National Defense, Ricardo Trevilla Trejoreported that the Army has contributed significantly to the rehabilitation of 17 federal highways and 181 rural roads in the southeast of the country, benefiting states such as Campeche, Chiapas, Quintana Roo, Tabasco and Yucatán.
With these works, it is estimated that until now, more than 100 million people have benefited for improvements in road infrastructure.
