Samsung Prepares Affordable Folding Screen Phone, Galaxy Z Flip SE?

For your information, rumors about the ‘Fan Edition’ (FE) version of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip are increasingly being discussed. After the success of the Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold series, it is natural that Samsung wants to release a folding screen cellphone at a more affordable price.

According to the latest information, the Galaxy Z Flip FE will reportedly be launched in the second half of 2025, along with the second phase of the Galaxy Unpacked event.

Interestingly, a leak from leaker Jukanlosreve on the X platform (formerly Twitter) states that the technology giant will embed an Exynos chipset in the Galaxy Flip FE.

If this news is true, the Galaxy Z Flip FE will be the first affordable folding cellphone to use a flagship chipset, equivalent to the one used in the Galaxy S24.

This step is quite surprising, considering that Samsung usually limits class chipsets or for their flagship Android phones.

However, with the Exynos 2400 chipset, a question arises regarding what will Samsung sacrifice to keep the price of the Galaxy Z Flip FE in the affordable category?

Is there a reduction in camera, screen or battery quality to be able to match the high performance of the Exynos 2400 chipset?

Until now, it is not known what flagship features Samsung will bring to the Galaxy Z Flip FE from the previous Flip model.
