After an arrest warrant was issued against him, elements of the Army, Navy, National Guard and Attorney General’s Office (FGR) located the mobility zone of “El Cholo Palacios”, allegedly linked to the case Ayotzinapa, and carried out monitoring and surveillance actions on the site.
As a result of the above, federal elements deployed a coordinated operation on Independencia Avenue in the town of “El Naranjo”, where they completed an arrest warrant against Palacios Benítez, for the crimes of organized crime and forced disappearance.
