Organized by Ignite Commercial Strategy, the event featured the participation of renowned leaders, who shared strategic perspectives on new business trends and challenges in the region.
The forum was held at the Hilton Midtown Hotel, providing a platform for the exchange of ideas, networking and analysis on key topics in the business ecosystem. In this fourth edition, various areas of interest were explored, such as technological disruption, sustainable business strategies, growth management and work culture.
Among the featured speakers There were Dr. Ichak Adizes, founder of the Adizes Institute; Luis Huete, from HUETE&CO and professor at IESE Business School; and Luis Aguirre, host and director of Ignite. Influential figures such as Alfonso Urrea, president of Grupo Urrea, also participated; José Manuel Arana, CEO of Nadro; and Rafael Zavala, from PAD Peru. They were joined by experts such as Ana Luz Huete, David O’Farril from the Adizes Institute, Eduardo Caccia from Mindcode, and Marlon Espinosa from Nuclea Solutions, among others.
